2. I agree that as part of my participation at the Hope to Connect World Record Fair 2026, I will give a percentage from the earnings my business takes in at the event. (For food and drink vendors, this is 15% and for crafts and gifts this is 10%). I agree to give this sum to the organisers at the end of the event orif for any reason why I can't, I will pay it within 24 hours after the event. *

Branding, displays, and signage must be professional and safe. Sound systems, generators, or other equipment must not cause any disruption of any kind. *

For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, I agree my business/organisation is strictly prohibited from selling or displaying the following at the Hope to Connect World Record Fair 2026: Illegal or counterfeit goods (including unlicensed branded items); weapons or items that could be used as weapons (e.g. knives, fireworks, explosives); drugs, drug paraphernalia, nitrous oxide (“laughing gas”), or related substances; tobacco, vapes, or e-cigarettes; any CBD related products; alcohol (unless you hold the correct licence and approval from the organisers); live animals or products derived from endangered species; pornographic, offensive, discriminatory, or extremist material; goods/services that breach Trading Standards, copyright, or other UK laws; any other items the organisers deem unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Event.
