I confirm my poem is my original work and my performance is 3 minutes or less. I agree that:

1. My submitted video is used only for selection and will not be published.

2. If selected, I consent to CARICON photographing, filming and recording my live performance, and using it with my name and bio to promote CARICON and the Poetry Slam.

3. If selected, I can travel to Guadeloupe in March 2027 and hold a valid passport.
