EASY MEMBERSHIP OPT OUT FORM

We fully understand life can change and you might need or want to cancel your membership. We have a simply process for cancelling your membership where you fill out this short opt out form, pay the remainder months left on your membership, and your membership is cancelled as to the terms in your membership agreement. We also provide you the option to sell your membership for up to the $4995 value, or remain a member until the months expire.

You can go to your membership agreement that was signed electronically online and is in your email and take the amount of months left and minus the months you have been a member. Our contract division and accountant will confirm the total as we finalize the membership and terminate.
