Ontrack HQ will provide business consultancy and business coaching to establish, implement and grow your business.
Ontrack HQ agrees to provide:
Weekly action plans and implementation guidance.
Business coaching, mentoring and strategic advice.
Accountability to ensure agreed actions are completed.
Reasonable email and phone support during business hours.
Guidance may include, but is not limited to and Guidance only:
Business registration and company setup
Financial systems, bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting and cash flow
Insurance and risk management
Licences, compliance and workplace safety
Branding and marketing
Website and online presence
Sales systems, quoting and customer management
Operations, scheduling and job management
Customer service and CRM implementation
Documentation, policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Technology and software implementation
Supplier and contractor network development
Business planning, KPIs, reporting and growth strategy
Ongoing business improvement and management
The Client agrees to:
Attend all scheduled accountability meetings.
Complete agreed weekly action items.
Provide information required to support implementation.
Remain responsible for all business decisions and implementation of recommendations.
Ontrack HQ agrees to:
Provide professional business consulting and practical recommendations.
Support implementation through coaching and accountability.
Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
Total Investment: $4,870 (GST Inclusive)

Both parties agree to keep confidential all commercial, financial and operational information shared during this engagement.
All templates, systems, frameworks, checklists, documents and intellectual property provided by Ontrack HQ remain the property of Ontrack HQ.
Ontrack HQ provides professional coaching and recommendations only. The Client acknowledges that all business decisions and implementation remain their responsibility, and no guarantee is made regarding financial performance or business outcomes.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing fourteen (14) days' written notice. Fees for services already provided remain payable.
