
At Simply Maid, we understand that life happens! While we’d much rather clean your home than charge a fee, last-minute changes impact our team’s schedules and income. This policy helps ensure our cleaning technicians are compensated fairly for their reserved time.
Less than 24 hours’ notice – 50% of your service rate will be charged. This goes directly to your technician to cover lost wages.
Same-day cancellations – 100% of your service fee will be charged.
Skip fees – If you skip a cleaning, a skip fee may be added to your next “catch-up” cleaning to restore your home’s sparkle.
Recurring clients – Missing two consecutive cleanings will result in your next visit being billed at the First-Time Cleaning rate.
