Non-Refundable Services

All our services are non-refundable. Once our digital and media-driven services are accessed, they cannot be undone. If a ticket to an event or training is purchased and not attended, we will rebook the client for another similar event, but no refund will be issued.

Full Liability Assumption

When engaging with our mentorship or coaching services, we aim to align outcomes through one-on-one engagements and agreements as defined in individual contracts. For group coaching programs or self-help products, we are not liable for perceived value results. Value is determined by the investment and experience that goes into creating our products and services.

Good Intentions and Notification of Dissatisfaction

We operate with good intentions to inspire and equip our clients. If a customer is unsatisfied, they must notify us within 90 days to allow us to remedy the dissatisfaction before posting any public reviews. Failure to contact us will hold the client liable for undue negligence and slander.

Mediation and Civil Litigation

Master Reseller Rights (MMR)

Products offered with Master Reseller Rights (MMR) must adhere to minimum price points and add customer details to our master MMR seller community. Non-compliance must be remedied within 90 days, or the client will be liable for willful non-compliance.

Public License Reseller Rights (PLR)

Clients purchasing products with Public License Reseller Rights (PLR) can customize and sell the products as desired but are fully liable for their customers. Lizzy Morris Empowerment Inc and associated brands are not liable for PLR products sold by other entities. Legal liabilities rest solely with the on-seller or vendor.

These terms and conditions can be updated at any time. Clients and customers are responsible for staying informed of any changes.
