Celebrate the heart of summer with a day of play, movement, connection, and discovery. Think back to the carefree summer of your childhood…We invite you to unplug, laugh, move, nourish yourself, and embrace the joy and freedom of summer alongside incredible people.

This unique wellness experience invites you to spend the morning at Flynn Creek Farm, a breathtaking organic regenerative farm in Verona, WI. Inspired by the spirit and curiosity of summer camp with a grown-up twist, the day is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, nature, and a supportive community.

Guests will choose from a variety of guided experiences throughout the day, including group fitness, mindfulness practices, and opportunities to slow down and recharge. You'll also gain practical, science-backed insights from one of our community's leading physicians, Dr. Allan Mottram, leaving with knowledge you can carry into your everyday life. Whether you're looking to move your body, quiet your mind, or try something new, you'll create your own perfect camp experience while enjoying the beauty of the farm.

The morning concludes with a thoughtfully prepared farm-to-table gourmet lunch featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients harvested directly from the farm and crafted by the owner of Grandpa’s Pizza and Bandit Taco, Gilbert Altschul.
