Parking Info:

Parking is free and located directly in front of the building. Street parking is also available nearby. We recommend arriving early to grab a good spot and load in smoothly.

Payment and Agreement

1. Vendor Fee

  • The vendor fee is $50 and includes two drinks, two food plates, and access to both the main event and the After Party.

  • Payment must be made in full to secure your spot. No refunds will be issued once payment is received.

2. Space & Setup

  • Vendors must provide their own table and display setup.

  • You will be assigned a vendor space upon arrival.

  • Setup must be completed by 12:15 PM. Break-down may begin at 5:00 PM unless otherwise noted by the event team.

3. Power Access

  • Power is guaranteed. If you require power, please request it in advance to give you the best accommodation.

4. Product Guidelines

  • All vendors are responsible for their own sales, inventory, and payment collection methods.

  • Food vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations and provide only pre-packaged or ready-to-serve items, if applicable.

5. Liability

  • Blacklight Studio 102 and Paint & Sip organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

  • Vendors are responsible for monitoring their own booths and merchandise at all times.

6. Code of Conduct

  • All vendors must maintain a respectful, professional, and welcoming attitude.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Promotion

  • Vendors agree to help promote the event by sharing it via social media and/or email.

  • We encourage all vendors to tag @blacklightimaging and @blacklightstudio102 in promotional posts.

The fee of $50 must be paid via Zelle: 818-285-9019 with Memo: “Vendor – Paint & Sip 4/13 – [Your Business Name]” upon confirmation of your space. By submitting the vendor form and payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
