Parking Info:
Parking is free and located directly in front of the building. Street parking is also available nearby. We recommend arriving early to grab a good spot and load in smoothly.

Business Details
Payment and Agreement
The vendor fee is $50 and includes two drinks, two food plates, and access to both the main event and the After Party.
Payment must be made in full to secure your spot. No refunds will be issued once payment is received.
Vendors must provide their own table and display setup.
You will be assigned a vendor space upon arrival.
Setup must be completed by 12:15 PM. Break-down may begin at 5:00 PM unless otherwise noted by the event team.
Power is guaranteed. If you require power, please request it in advance to give you the best accommodation.
All vendors are responsible for their own sales, inventory, and payment collection methods.
Food vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations and provide only pre-packaged or ready-to-serve items, if applicable.
Blacklight Studio 102 and Paint & Sip organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Vendors are responsible for monitoring their own booths and merchandise at all times.
All vendors must maintain a respectful, professional, and welcoming attitude.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.
Vendors agree to help promote the event by sharing it via social media and/or email.
We encourage all vendors to tag @blacklightimaging and @blacklightstudio102 in promotional posts.
The fee of $50 must be paid via Zelle: 818-285-9019 with Memo: “Vendor – Paint & Sip 4/13 – [Your Business Name]” upon confirmation of your space. By submitting the vendor form and payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
