ASSUMPTION OF RISK *

I acknowledge that my participation with Velveteen Vegas LLC DBA Taste Buzz Food Tours is completely voluntary. I understand food and/or drink tastings offered are voluntary. I am not required to eat or drink anything. I assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with eating and drinking, including but not limited to allergic reactions, digestive issues, choking, foodborne illness, and other health complications during or after the tour. I understand and assume all risks associated with walking tours, including but not limited to: • Weather and climate conditions (heat, cold, rain, sun, wind, air conditioning) • Pedestrian walkways (stairs, elevators, escalators, crosswalks, bridges, ramps, sidewalks, gravel, cracks, uneven surfaces) • Traffic (cars, buses, trucks, bikes, scooters, pedestrians). I understand that Taste Buzz Food Tours does not own or operate the restaurants or venues visited and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party vendors.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY *

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Velveteen Vegas LLC DBA Taste Buzz Food Tours, its owners, employees, tour guides, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all claims, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, including those caused by negligence, arising from my participation. I agree not to sue or bring any legal action against Taste Buzz Food Tours related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage connected to my participation. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taste Buzz Food Tours from any claims brought by myself or third parties related to my participation. If signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree to all terms on behalf of myself and the minor participant. This waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. If any portion of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

I understand that if I have any food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions, I must notify my tour guide before the tour begins. I acknowledge that tastings are pre-selected and that Taste Buzz Food Tours cannot guarantee allergen-free food or cross-contamination prevention. I understand that substitutions are not always possible. I accept full responsibility for what I choose to consume.

Medical Treatment Authorization

Acknowledgement & Authorization *

I authorize Velveteen Vegas LLC DBA Taste Buzz Food Tours, including its independent contractors and tour guides, to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I become ill or injured during the tour and am unable to make such decisions myself. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any and all medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

Photos & Social Media

Acknowledgment *

Taste Buzz Food Tours may take photos and/or videos during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes.I grant Velveteen Vegas LLC DBA Taste Buzz Food Tours a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use photos and/or videos of me for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes in print and digital media without compensation. I understand that if I do not wish to be photographed, I must notify my tour guide before the tour begins. I understand that if I do not want to be included in group photos, I will voluntarily remove myself.
