• Due to limited capacity and high volume of interest we receive for each event, application submission DOES NOT guarantee selection for ANY events. We reserve the right to refuse or limit the number of participants.

• Please be thorough in your application and provide as much detail as possible.

• All necessary licenses/permits MUST be submitted with your application in order to be considered.

MUST provide:

1. Photo of food truck/trailer/set up

2. Business license/ permit or City approval waiver

3. Health Department License/permit

4. Proof of insurance

5. Purple K Fire Extinguisher

Acknowledgements:

• I acknowledge that by applying fro DVA Sweet Saturday, I am fully responsible for arriving on time. In the event of my late arrival, I understand I will not be able to participate in the event.

• I understand that I am responsible for supplying my own electricity (quiet generator) and water, and that DVA or the City ofd Vidalia will not provide these services for me.

• I understand due to safety, I must remain in my designated location until the end of the event.
