Position Overview

We are seeking highly experienced, multi-state licensed physicians (MD or DO) to join our rapidly growing telemedicine team. This role is ideal for physicians with a strong background in hormone optimization who are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Requirements

  • MD or DO degree (required)

  • Active medical licenses in 25+ U.S. states. We will consider 15+ states.

  • Current and unrestricted NPI and DEA registration

  • Active controlled substance licenses in all applicable states

  • Demonstrated knowledge of male hormone optimization (e.g., TRT, related therapies)

  • Ability and willingness to work full-time (40 hours per week)

  • Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year to company headquarters for training and clinical review

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telemedicine consultations and ongoing patient management

  • Evaluate lab results and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Prescribe and manage hormone therapies in accordance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience

  • Participate in ongoing training, QA reviews, and protocol optimization
