NO payment is made until ALL required docs are provided to Georgia.
You will receive your check from Georgia AFTER the title company deposit has been wired to Georgia.
If you have a referral fee, Georgia must have a copy of the referral form and completed W-9 with the TAX ID Number.
If you are getting a check from anyone other than Kayla, YOU need to send THIS FORM HERE (WAY AHEAD OF TIME when you send your file) to the title company so they know what to do with the compensation check. It doesn't matter if I am sitting at the office 12 hours a day or never at the office. If ANYONE other than Kayla is sending a paper check, it ALWAYS goes to my home address. The ONLY options for me getting a check are: 1. send TITLE CHECK to Georgia's home address, or 2. direct deposit, that's it, NO OTHER OPTION. I can't chase checks. :)
