This Expression of Interest (EOI) confirms the Applicant’s intent to progress toward a formal Building Contract. This document is non-binding regarding the final construction until a formal HIA or Master Builders Contract is executed by all parties.

By submitting this EOI, the Applicant acknowledges that this is a commitment to a House and Land Package. To secure the property, the Applicant must execute formal contracts for both the land purchase and the building construction (whether via a single-part or two-part contract structure).
