I am responsible for providing my ID, SSN, and up-to-date banking details for identity verification, tax purposes, and payment processing via direct deposit. I understand that payments depend on the IRS releasing client tax returns or upfront payments and typically will begin after mid-February due to the PATH Act measurements put in place by the IRS to Protect Americans from Tax Hikes, identity theft, and tax fraud. I will not hold the company liable for delays caused by my failure to update banking information.
