I. PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT

To establish a collaborative and lawful relationship within a private, spiritual, and non-statutory environment. This Agreement confirms the Member’s voluntary association with Fairly Odd Sanctuary (“The Sanctuary”), a 508(c)(1)(a) Faith-Based Organization operating exclusively in the private domain.

II. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PRIVATE JURISDICTION

The Member affirms that all engagement with The Sanctuary occurs in the private domain, outside of public jurisdiction. These interactions are protected by the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, 10th, and 14th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution and relevant provisions of natural law.

III. SPIRITUAL RESPECT CLAUSE

Fairly Odd Sanctuary maintains its own religious and spiritual foundations, including astrotheology, scriptural law, sacred rituals, and regenerative Earth practices. While Members are not required to adopt these beliefs, they agree to honor the sanctity of this space and behave respectfully during participation.

IV. NO STATUTORY TITLES OR PUBLIC ASSUMPTIONS

All engagements occur in private. The Member participates as a private man or woman, not as a statutory person, employee, contractor, or agent of any public entity. This Agreement does not create or imply any public relationship.

V. SERVICES COVERED

This Agreement includes participation in services offered by The Sanctuary and its auxiliaries: Fairly Odd Healing Haven: MAP Coaching (Make Anything Possible sessions) and wellness consultations and coaching, Fairly Odd Revival: Lawful Guidance and Off-Grid Coaching.

VI. COMPENSATION AGREEMENT

All offerings are based on donation, trade, or skill-share, all bound by private contract. No public pricing applies. No Member shall be denied service due to financial hardship. Contributions made support access for all Members and sustain The Sanctuary’s mission. (Reach out to [email protected] to arrange for non-traditional contributions of gratitude.)

VII. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISPARAGEMENT

All exchanges, teachings, consultations, and communications within the FBO and PMA are strictly private and confidential. Members agree not to share private matters externally or to publicly criticize the Sanctuary, its stewards, or other Members.

VIII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes will be resolved privately through mediation or arbitration under Natural Law. The Member agrees not to involve public administrative courts, agencies, or tribunals.

IX. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. The Sanctuary may terminate the Agreement if a Member violates the terms, acts disrespectfully, or breaches confidentiality.

Termination of this Agreement shall not constitute waiver of confidentiality, nor confer jurisdiction upon any public agency, court, or tribunal. All disputes arising under or after this Agreement shall remain within the private ecclesiastical domain of the Sanctuary and be resolved in honor, privately, and without prejudice.

FINAL PROVISIONS

*Governed under The Supreme Ruler of The Universe, Natural, and Divine Law.

*Member affirms voluntary private capacity.

*Member confirms they are not acting as or on behalf of any government or corporation.

*By submitting this form electronically, Member affirms agreement with all statements herein, under penalty of perjury, without the need for wet ink autograph or thumbprint.

MEMBER DECLARATION: By submitting this application, I declare I have read, understood, and freely agree to this Members Agreement with Fairly Odd Sanctuary and its auxiliaries, and I do so in the private domain.
