I understand this partnership agreement is by invitation only and no agreement for payment has been entered into.

​ Release of Liability

I, as the authorized signer for the Participating Entity and on its behalf, understand that

the Participating Entity and its principals, officers, employees and volunteers participate in the

Event at their own risk and assume the risk of all liabilities inherent therein. I warrant that I have

full authority to enter into this Waiver, Release of Liability, and Indemnification Agreement

(“Agreement”) on behalf of the Participating Entity.

The Participating Entity hereby releases from liability and agrees to hold harmless and

indemnify Learning Gate Community School, Inc., along with all principles, officers, employees and volunteers of the aforementioned (collectively, the “Released Parties”), of and from all claims, liabilities, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind, including attorney’s fees, relating to or arising from the Participating Entity’s participation in the Event (collectively, “Claims”). The Participating Entity understands that the release and duty to indemnify hereunder include any Claims involving personal injury, property damage or other losses caused or sustained by the Participating Entity or any person acting on behalf of the Participating Entity while participating in the Event, regardless of whether the loss is sustained or the Claim accrues on the Premises or otherwise. The Participating Entity hereby agrees that all of the Released Parties may rely upon the terms of this Agreement.
