Description:
This interactive workshop helps teens align their academic and personal growth with intentional habits rooted in faith, purpose, and productivity. Participants will leave feeling grounded, motivated, and equipped with real-life tools to manage time, focus energy, and set meaningful goals for the year ahead.

Led by trained mentors—including a certified Productive Muslim Company Facilitator—this program draws from evidence-based strategies and Islamic values to inspire holistic success.

About the Speakers:
Uzma Unus is certified in the Productive Muslim framework, which blends Islamic values with practical tools for intentional living—a perspective she brings into all her work with youth and families.

With nearly 15 years of homeschooling experience raising two children, almost a decade as a scout leader, and a background in classroom teaching and curriculum design, Uzma has spent years helping young people build confidence, character, and clarity.

Her approach is warm, relatable, and grounded in real-life experience. This workshop offers teens a chance to set meaningful goals, learn practical time management strategies, and walk away feeling capable and motivated for the year ahead. Uzma is the founder of Intentionally by Design.

Sohaira Sultan a Mindfulness and Purpose Coach for Individuals and Couples. She received her Co-Active Coaching and Leadership training through CTI, Coach Training Institute, and is a ICF CPCC - Co-Active Professional Certified Coach, MCC master coach. Sohaira started Pieces of Purpose Coaching, LLC in 2017.
