VA Career Explorer Student Agreement

By participating in the VA Career Explorer program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Confidentiality & Restricted Use

You acknowledge that all information, materials, client assignments, systems, login details, templates, tools, communication platforms, email lists, and proprietary content provided during this program are confidential and the sole intellectual property of Lorin Silva.

You agree not to copy, distribute, share, reuse, repurpose, or disclose any program materials or information, in whole or in part, to any third party for personal gain or use in any other business, employment, educational, or personal venture, unless explicit written permission is granted by Lorin Silva.

Violation of this confidentiality agreement will be considered a breach of contract and may result in immediate removal from the program and legal action, including financial damages and injunctive relief.

2. Non-Transferable Access

Your access to all content, platforms, and group coaching sessions is granted exclusively to you as an enrolled participant. You agree not to share login credentials or allow access to any part of the program—including recordings, tools, and course materials—to any other individual. Doing so constitutes a breach of this agreement and is grounds for legal consequences.

3. Use of Recordings, Photos, and Testimonials

You acknowledge and consent that any coaching session, live call, or discussion may be recorded for training or marketing purposes.
By participating, you grant Lorin Silva the unrestricted right to use and publish any photos, video recordings, testimonials, or comments shared in sessions or feedback forms, for promotional or educational use, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the session.

4. Ownership of Work Produced

All assignments, deliverables, and tasks completed by you during the VA Career Explorer program—whether created independently or in collaboration—are considered "work for training" and are the sole intellectual property of Lorin Silva. These materials may be used internally, externally, or commercially at the discretion of Lorin Silva without additional compensation or acknowledgment required.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

Participation in this program does not constitute an offer of employment, internship, or paid engagement. The purpose of this program is educational and exploratory only.

6. Termination of Participation

Lorin Silva reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time for violation of the terms outlined in this agreement or for conduct deemed disruptive or unprofessional.

7. Governing Law & Legal Remedies

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. In the event of a breach, Lorin Silva reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies including but not limited to monetary damages, injunctive relief, and attorney’s fees.

By enrolling in and participating in the VA Career Explorer program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms outlined in this agreement.
