MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT Day One ABA Podcast / Webinar Participation

1. PURPOSE Participant agrees to participate in a recorded podcast, webinar, interview, or related media production created by the Company. The recording may include Participant's voice, likeness, name, professional background, and shared experiences.

2. CONSENT TO RECORDING AND USE Participant voluntarily consents to being recorded (audio and/or video), creation of transcripts, clips, and edited content, Company use of recordings in podcasts, websites, social media, training materials, courses, and marketing.

3. CONSIDERATION The Company may provide acknowledgment of Participant participation. No financial compensation is guaranteed unless agreed to separately in writing.

4. RELEASE OF CLAIMS Participant releases and holds harmless Day One ABA, LLC from any claims related to recording, editing, publication, or distribution of content in any media format worldwide and in perpetuity.

5. RELATIONSHIP Participation does not create a provider-client relationship.

6. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parties regarding participation in Company media productions and supersedes all prior agreements or discussions.
