Salespersons Course Enrollment Form
Upon the Salesperson Course Completion, your on-site instructor will scan and email your
attendance sheet to the board, who will mail your Course Completion Certificate and MA Candidate
Handbook directly to the student.
CFS-NAREB Realty School hereby agrees to provide a 40-hour course (20 two-hour classes)
before the Real Estate Salesperson License Exam.
Students who DO NOT PASS the MA State Exam will be entitled to repeat the course FREE OF
CHARGE (1 time). The student MUST take and fail the MA State Exam to qualify to repeat the course. The
repeat course option is only valid if you begin the repeat course within 30 days of the Exam failure date. The student must complete the ENTIRE course within 90 days from the enrollment date; otherwise, this agreement becomes null and void.
Licensure Course certification is valid for 2 years.
There are NO REFUNDS once you have enrolled/registered in the course.
