Summer Camp/Class/Intensive Studio Policies *

POLICIES Tuition: Tuition is due at time of enrollment. This allows payments to be made prior to scheduled lessons/Rehearsals.

Student Absences: Students planning prolonged vacations should not sign up for a summer session. There are NO MAKE UPS. Drop Policy: NO REFUNDS ON SUMMER SESSIONS.

For Summer Theater Workshops: Rehearsals: all rehearsals will start promptly. Please make sure to show up on time. Rehearsals will have snack and restroom breaks. Day of show rehearsal: Parents are asked to bring a light dinner for students to eat at the studio. Exact show times will vary with each performance and will be announced during the first or second rehearsal. Costumes (Theatre workshops only): A costume list will be handed out to parents at the end of the first rehearsal. Costumes will need to be brought to the beginning of the third rehearsal and shown to the director. The fourth and fifth rehearsals will be dress rehearsals and students must be in full costume. We will be here to help guide parents with costumes and answer any questions you may have. Student Absences: Students planning prolonged vacations should not sign up for a summer session. Drop Policy: NO REFUNDS ON SUMMER SESSIONS. If you find you are unable to attend the summer rehearsals prior to the beginning of the session, we will gladly apply your payment to another session.

Photo/Video Release: I agree to and understand that McLaughlin Studios may take photos of my child and post them on the McLaughlin Studios and/or McLaughlin Theatre Website, Facebook and/or Pinterest. In addition, I agree to the release of photos of my child for marketing and or advertising purposes.

Emergency Release: I will not hold McLaughlin Studios or McLaughlin Theatre Company liable in the event of injury, and relieve McLaughlin Studios and/or McLaughlin Theatre Company of all responsibility and consequences that may arise as a result of medical treatment.
