1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and participate in our Services. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We reserve the right to verify your age and deny access to any individuals who do not meet eligibility criteria.

2. Payments and Refunds

All payments are required in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.
Your booking is non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by Life By Eight.
Payment secures your participation and may not be deferred to future events without prior written agreement.
By entering into a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full for the entire duration of the agreed plan, regardless of your level of participation, attendance, or completion of the program.

3. Cancellations

If you are unable to attend an event or complete a program, you must notify us in writing at your earliest convenience.

While we do not provide refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or transfer to an equivalent future offering.
Requests for credit must be made no later than 7 days before the scheduled start date of the event or program.
Failure to attend without prior written notice will result in forfeiture of your place without eligibility for credit or transfer.
The BUILD program is a lock-in contract of 3, 6, or 12 months, with no early cancellations, or exits permitted once enrolled.

4. Inclusions

Your registration entitles you to the specific inclusions outlined in the product or event description at the time of purchase. These may include, but are not limited to:

Access to live or digital coaching sessions
Entry to in-person events or workshops
Digital materials, templates, or resources

Any additional bonuses, inclusions, or changes will be communicated via email or outlined clearly on the sales page. We make no guarantee of outcomes or results.

5. Participation and Responsibility

Life By Eight programs may include coaching, breathwork, embodiment exercises, emotional release, mindset tools, or other transformational practices. These practices can be emotionally and physically activating.

Participation is voluntary, and you are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after the program.
Our Services are not a substitute for psychological counselling, therapy, or medical advice. We recommend consulting with a licensed professional prior to participation if you have any health concerns.
You agree to inform us of any relevant conditions or limitations that may impact your participation.

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment.

You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, lawful, and non-disruptive manner at all times.
Discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour toward other participants, facilitators, or staff will result in immediate removal from the program without refund or credit.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services if you breach this Code of Conduct.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Use

All materials provided by Life By Eight—whether written, recorded, or delivered live—are protected by copyright and remain the sole intellectual property of Life By Eight Pty Ltd.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, record, or publicly share any content without prior written permission.
We may record or photograph our events and use such media in promotional materials. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with standard Privacy Policy practices. By participating, you consent to:

Receiving communications related to your program or event;
Your information being securely stored by Life By Eight Pty Ltd for administrative and service delivery purposes.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life By Eight Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from your participation in any of our Services.

We are not responsible for any health outcomes, decisions, or actions you take during or after participation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life By Eight and its representatives against any claims, liabilities, or damages related to your use of our Services.
