This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between 12/34 LLC, herein referred to as "Accountability Partner,” and the client listed below (“Client”) for the purpose of participating in the GET IT DONE Accountability System.

1. Program Description

The GET IT DONE Accountability System is a results-focused accountability partnership designed to support the Client in achieving clarity, creating action plans, and executing defined goals in one or more of the following areas:

  • Life Design + Planning

  • Career Design + Monetization

  • Brand Design + Development

  • Systems + Solutions Design

  • Community Design + Monetization


The Accountability Partner will provide:

  • Scheduled sessions as outlined in the selected package

  • Access to proprietary GET IT DONE frameworks and templates

  • Ongoing accountability and guidance

  • Voxer support (during business hours)

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Fully participate in the program

  • Be open, honest, and engaged during all sessions and communications

  • Complete assigned tasks and activities

  • Respect confidentiality of the systems, tools and frameworks shared

3. Accountability Partner Responsibilities

The Accountability Partner agrees to:

  • Provide scheduled accountability sessions, check-ins, and feedback

  • Deliver GET IT DONE system tools and guidance

  • Maintain professional communication and respect client confidentiality

  • Respond to Voxer messages during posted office hours (typically within 24–48 business hours)

4. Payment Terms

Payments are made in full or in 3 monthly installments.

All payments are non-refundable. Late payments may result in paused services until payment is resolved.

5. Communication & Boundaries

  • Voxer Office Hours: 9am - 5pm PST

  • Session Scheduling: Booked on kick off day through Calendar

  • Client agrees to honor the set communication boundaries.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions or submitted via program materials will remain confidential unless required by law or for safety reasons.

7. Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice 30 days in advance. No refunds will be provided for payments already made.

8. Limitation of Liability

Client agrees that results depend on their participation and implementation. The Accountability Partner makes no guarantees of specific results. Client accepts full responsibility for their actions, decisions, and outcomes.
