The waiting time will be charged after 60 mins at sedan $0.83 / SUV $1.00 per min. There is a 45 mins grace period on domestic flights from the time the flight is actually at the gate. The waiting time will be charged after 45 mins at sedan $0.83 / SUV $1.00 per min. Flight Diverted If flight was diverted before landing, chauffeur will not be paid any fare for that booking. Non-Airport Pickups: There is a 15-min grace period on non-airport pickups. After the grace period, a waiting time charge will be applied at sedan $0.83 / SUV $1.00 per min. NO SHOW. Driver will remain on location for 60 mins after the scheduled pickup time. If there is no contact with the customer by text or call, the driver will be released and full fare will be paid to the driver. No wait time if no show. Inside pickup Driver must go inside after 15 minutes when the flight lands. Driver is responsible to track the flight or go inside unless customer requests to meet at curbside. RIDE CANCELED If any reservation for (Sedan/SUV) is canceled less than 1 hour prior to the pickup time, there will be a 100% cancellation charge. Driver will be paid for that. If any reservation for (Sprinter Vans / Limo / Buses) is canceled less than 12 hours prior to the pickup time, there will be a 100% cancellation charge. Driver will be paid for that. Changes to the Destination Customer has 100% right to change destination. They can change any time before pickup or when POB. You can’t refuse to do that. If any complaints about the driver, you will not be paid for that ride & we must report to TLC. Payment Don’t call or text our partner about payment. When your job is done, we pay you after one week, every Saturday. Don’t send us requests on Zelle, Cash App, etc. We pay you from our end every week. If any complaints about driver and you are found guilty, you will not be paid for that ride.
