At this time, Thrive is only accepting applications from single, unaccompanied adults (men or women). We are unable to accommodate couples, families with children, or pets in our current housing arrangements. All Thrive homes operate as structured shared living environments. These are not individual or private units. Residents are expected to participate in maintaining a peaceful and respectful communal atmosphere.

Process:

Once this intake assessment is received, our team will review the information provided and respond via email within 7 days. Applications are processed in the order they are received and are subject to current availability.

Please Note:

Ensure that the email entered is one that is regularly checked. If a case manager is completing this form on behalf of the applicant, we recommend using the case manager’s email to avoid missed communication.
