If selected to participate, I agree to pay the non refundable £75 participation fee.

I understand that the £75 participation fee covers entry into the project only. Portraits and any books produced as part of the project will be available to purchase separately, if I choose to do so.

I understand that 100% of the participation fee will be donated to Accuro.

I understand that following our portrait session, I will come into the studio to select the photograph that will be featured in the book.

I understand that this is a public book and I will need to sign a model release in order to particpate.
