Terms and Conditions

The SCCA's policy is that there will be no refunds. If the festival is canceled, we would apply your sponsorship to the 2027 Festival.

A partnership contract between the company and the SCCA must be signed no later than 1 month before the event.

All sponsorships must be finalized 1 month before the event if the company logo is to appear on publications, banners, or social media.
