Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Kelowna Bridal Extravaganza. We are grateful for your support and would love to have you be part of this exciting event. We offer a variety of volunteer roles and welcome individuals of all abilities who are eager to help.

Friday, April 10 – Event Set-Up | 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Volunteer responsibilities may include:
Assisting with the setup of pipe and drape, arranging tables and chairs, decorating, placing signage, and labeling vendor booth areas.

Saturday, April 12 – Event Duties & Tear-Down | 10:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Volunteer responsibilities may include:
Starting @ 10AM- Assist Vendors with the floor map, checking in ticket holders, handing out Bride Gift Bags, pick up/ drop off of door prizes, assisting with Fashion Show.
Starting @ 4PM- Removing pipe and drape, folding linens, removing decorations, moving tables and chairs using a dolly, loading trailer up.

Light snacks and water will be provided for all volunteers.

Free on-site parking is available.
The venue is accessible by public transit, with a bus stop located directly in front, and bike racks are available.
