Our format is simple! Join 8-9 peers on a Monthly 1 hour Zoom call and following this agenda:

1. Quick Welcome from Facilitator, also an experienced COO

2. Two minute share from each person on latest wins and hurdles

3. Open discussion on a topic that someone needs help with

4. Expert joins every other month to share tips/trends, or we learn a new COO skill or technique (group vote on topic)

5. Microsoft Teams Channel for cross communication

6. Skool Community with free courses and templates
