Graduate of baccalaureate degree or equivalent in training/experience along the field of Technical-Vocational Education and Training

Certified at the same or higher NC Level in the qualification that will be handled (For technical trainers)

Make sure to prepare the following documents:

Accomplished Learners Profile Form
Photocopy of any active National Certificate (NC) Level II or higher
Transcript of Records/Diploma (Photocopy)
2 pieces of Passport size ID picture (White background, attire with collar)
3 pieces 1x1 ID pictures (White background, attire with collar)

Note: Enrollees must bring the original copies of the aforesaid documents for verification.
