This event is more like a shop than a traditional art show. Visitors will be looking for affordable gifts to buy on the spot, so we encourage items that are an “easy yes” for shoppers. While the maximum price is $200, most sales in previous Giftables were between $5–$50.

Space Selection *You’re welcome to request multiple spaces, but please note we may only be able to offer one type in order to make room for as many artists as possible.

We’d like to have two hosts in the gallery during this show. Shifts are 10am–1pm, 1pm–4pm, and two evening shifts on Friday (4pm–8pm). You’re welcome to sign up for one or more shifts.

Note: Memberships are $30 per calendar year. If you join on or after Nov 1, your fee includes the rest of the current year plus the full following year. A $10 option is also available for just the remainder of the current year.

I agree not to hold the Pearl Ellis Gallery of Fine Arts Society or any of their members, staff or volunteers liable for any damage, loss or injury to person, persons or property sustained by reason of any accident or incident occurring in or about the Pearl Ellis Gallery.
I understand that The Pearl will charge a $10 per space participation fee, and this fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the show is canceled by The Pearl.
I understand that Pearl Ellis Gallery will withhold 20% of all sales.
I understand that Pearl Ellis Gallery reserves the right to modify the show schedule, content, or participants. Participants will be notified of such changes via email.
I understand that participants are expected to engage in respectful interaction with Pearl Ellis Gallery board members and volunteers, and with fellow participants.
I understand participant information collected, stored, and used by Pearl Ellis Gallery will not be shared with any third parties. Photos will be taken of the exhibition to share in our social media platforms, but participants are welcome opt out.
I understand that any and all insurance coverage on exhibited work is the responsibility of the artist.
