The amount of décor provided must be able to be set-up by 2 people in 2 hours.
The amount of décor provided must be able to be packed up in 30 minutes.
All table décor should be boxed by table (ex: if each table gets one vase, one LED candle, one wreath, and 3 wood trivets, then that should all be together in the same box, and not boxes of candles, vases, trivets separately).
All items need to be unwrapped from store packaging and ready to set out.
When the bar closes, our event staff will begin packing up your items.
All items will be returned in the tubs provided, but not necessarily in the original packaging.
No glass and/or water-filled items will be allowed on the floor.
All live flames will be in a container that is more than 1-inch taller than the tip of the flame.
If you are bringing décor that needs to be hung on the windows, suction cups must be provided. No other adhesives are allowed to be used on the windows.
We recommend providing a few extras of decorations when possible, in case items are defective or broken.
