This registration form is the first step to becoming a volunteer with AYAC. I understand that I’m extending a helping hand to help the youth with AYAC. I understand that I have to submit a completed background check at my expense. I understand that I am responsible for the $60 volunteer fee to cover my credentials, membership, and branded apparel. I understand that AYAC have the right to grant or deny my application to be a volunteer with AYAC. I understand if I pass application process I will be provided information on next step and necessary details required of all volunteers 7-10 business days after submitting application
