I'm putting together a Senior Ambassador Team this year: four seniors who'll shoot with me twice (a lifestyle session this fall, a cap & gown session in March), earn real referral money for every friend who books because of them, and have a shot at winning a full VIP session on top of it. It's $500 for both sessions — normally $1,300 if you booked them separately — because you're doing some of the work of getting the word out for me.
Here's the deal: applications close August 22nd, and all four ambassadors' first session happens the same day — September 5th. So if you want in, don't sit on this one.

Class of 2027
This Senior Ambassador Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Brad Poirier Photography ("Photographer") and the undersigned individual ("Ambassador"), a selected participant in Photographer's Senior Ambassador Program.
This is a paid program. In exchange for the Investment described in Section 3.2, Ambassador receives two included photography sessions and the digital images described in Section 3. Selected Ambassadors additionally gain access to a Referral Rewards Program (Section 5), through which Ambassador may earn cash and studio credit rewards — and a chance at a grand prize — by referring new, paying senior clients to Photographer. This Agreement also incorporates a binding Model Release as detailed in Section 12.
Photographer is selecting a team of four (4) Ambassadors for this program, open to applicants throughout Photographer's service area (New Bern, Jacksonville, Greenville, and surrounding Eastern NC communities), with no fixed limit per school.
Applicants must be a rising or current member of the graduating Class of 2027, in good standing. Applicants may not be booked with another photographer for senior portraits at the time of applying, and may not book with another photographer for senior portraits after being selected.
Ambassadors are selected based on their application, personality fit, and enthusiasm for actively representing and promoting Photographer — not based on modeling experience or portfolio.
This Ambassador Program term begins upon Ambassador's acceptance into the program and continues through completion of the Cap & Gown Session and finalization of the Referral Rewards Program described in Section 5, after which it expires unless renewed in writing by both parties.
Fall Lifestyle Session — a 30-minute session, targeted for September 2026, including 10 final digital images.
Cap & Gown Session — a 30-minute session, targeted for March 2027, including 10 final digital images.
Both sessions together include 20 final digital images total.
The total program investment is $500.00 plus applicable tax for both included sessions — a $1,300.00 value ($650.00 per session individually). This reduced rate reflects Ambassador's participation in the promotional responsibilities described in Section 4, and is exclusive to selected Ambassadors. Payment is due at [booking of the Fall Lifestyle Session / in full prior to that session — Photographer to specify].
Final images will be selected by the Photographer via an online gallery, in consultation with the Ambassador.
Digital images will be delivered within 1–2 weeks after final selections are made.
Included sessions must be scheduled on Photographer's available dates. A rescheduling fee of $[__] may apply for reschedule requests outside of weather or documented emergencies.
For each included session, Ambassador agrees to make:
Two [2] tagged photo posts to Instagram and TikTok
Tagging @bradpoirierphotography in the caption/photo
A Video VLOG of the experience posted to Instagram/TikTok
Within 30 days of the session
Ambassador agrees to follow Photographer's social media pages.
Ambassador, along with Ambassador's parent or legal guardian, will be added to a private Facebook group for the duration of the program. This group is used for referral progress updates, scheduling, and behind-the-scenes access, and both Ambassador and parent/guardian agree to join and remain active participants.
Ambassador agrees to actively and positively represent Photographer's brand throughout the program term.
Session no-shows, late cancellations, or failure to meet the responsibilities described in this Section 4 may result in removal from the program at Photographer's sole discretion. Removal ends eligibility for future referral rewards under Section 5 but does not forfeit rewards already earned on referrals completed prior to removal.
A referral is credited to the Ambassador when a new client (a) identifies the Ambassador by name as their referral source at the time of booking, or (b) books using the Ambassador's unique referral code or link, provided by Photographer. To count, the referred client must be new to Photographer (not already booked at the time of referral), and their session must be booked, session fee paid, and the session subsequently completed.
For each eligible, completed referral within the Ambassador's program term, Ambassador earns:
Referrals 1–3: $50.00 (USD) cash per referral.
Referrals 4–6: $75.00 (USD) cash per referral.
Referrals 7–8: $75.00 (USD) cash per referral, plus a one-time bonus wall art/print credit of $[____] upon reaching this tier.
Referrals 9 and beyond: cash and bonus structure continues as outlined above [Photographer to confirm], and Ambassador is guaranteed top standing and eligibility for the Grand Prize described in Section 5.3.
The Ambassador with the most eligible, completed referrals as of the Referral Cutoff Date below will receive the full VIP Package experience ($950.00 value) at no charge, provided that Ambassador has at least six (6) eligible, completed referrals. If no Ambassador reaches this minimum, no Grand Prize will be awarded for this program term.
All referred sessions must be booked and completed on or before [date] to count toward reward tiers and the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will be announced by/at [event or date — e.g., around the Cap & Gown Session].
Cash referral rewards are paid within [7] days of each referred client's completed session, via a mutually agreed method (e.g., cash, Venmo, or check), to the Ambassador or, if a minor, to Ambassador's parent/legal guardian. Wall art/print credit bonuses are applied to Ambassador's account and may be used toward Photographer's print or wall art products.
If total cash compensation paid to an Ambassador in a calendar year exceeds $600.00 (USD), Photographer may be required to issue a Form 1099-NEC and may request that Ambassador (or parent/guardian) complete and return a Form W-9 prior to payment.
In the event of any dispute or ambiguity regarding referral attribution, Photographer's good-faith determination shall be final.
Photographer retains full commercial and editorial rights to use images from Ambassador's included sessions for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:
Website portfolio
Social media
Print samples (albums, wall art)
Digital/print advertising
Online galleries
Exhibitions or promotional events
Ambassador may use the delivered images for personal and professional self-promotion (e.g., portfolio, social media, LinkedIn, etc.). Commercial use is permitted, but resale, sublicensing, or redistribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.
Ambassador and any third party may not alter the images using AI-based tools or filters, submit images to AI-based training models or datasets, or modify/edit the images beyond basic cropping (if needed for platform dimensions).
If Ambassador is under eighteen (18) years of age at the time of signing, this Agreement must be signed by Ambassador's parent or legal guardian, who represents that they have full legal authority to enter into this Agreement on Ambassador's behalf. A parent or legal guardian must also be present at Ambassador's Fall Lifestyle Session and must join the private Facebook group described in Section 4.2.
Photographer will not photograph, request, or publish images involving implied, partial, or full nudity, boudoir, or lingerie styling of any Ambassador under this Agreement.
Ambassador (or parent/guardian, if applicable) may opt out of any shot or concept on the day of a session without penalty.
Ambassador is responsible for their own hair, makeup, and wardrobe. Photographer may provide select wardrobe options, but availability is not guaranteed.
No fees apply if shooting in Photographer's studio.
Any custom location fees, special wardrobe, or prop rentals requested by Ambassador must be covered by Ambassador.
Transportation is Ambassador's responsibility.
The $500.00 program investment is non-refundable once the Fall Lifestyle Session has been completed, except in cases of Photographer-initiated cancellation. [Photographer to confirm refund policy prior to the first session.]
No-shows will result in forfeiture of future Ambassador opportunities.
Late cancellations may impact future participation, especially if deemed frivolous.
Photographer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session at their sole discretion due to illness, weather, or inappropriate conduct.
Photographer reserves the right to remove an Ambassador from the program at any time for failure to meet the program's participation, posting, or conduct expectations, per Section 4.4.
This Agreement is irrevocable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing prior to the first session.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Ambassador (or parent/guardian, if applicable) agrees to release Photographer from liability for personal injury, wardrobe damage, loss of personal belongings, or any issues arising from participation in a session.
Ambassador agrees not to post or distribute the images alongside content that is hateful, discriminatory, or inflammatory; politically exploitative; or pornographic or otherwise misrepresentative of Photographer's brand.
I hereby grant Brad Poirier Photography the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, publish, and distribute the images for lawful promotional, editorial, or commercial purposes, including but not limited to website and portfolio display, social media platforms, digital and print advertising, promotional emails, exhibitions and studio samples, and online galleries and publications.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the final images and understand that no compensation is owed beyond the deliverables and rewards described in Sections 3 and 5.
I authorize the use of my name in association with the images unless I request otherwise in writing.
I understand that participation is voluntary and I assume all risks associated. I release Photographer from liability for any personal injury or loss during a session.
By signing this Agreement, I confirm:
I have read and understood the terms.
I am voluntarily entering into this legally binding agreement (or, if signing on behalf of a minor, I have full legal authority to do so).
This Agreement applies to the 2026–2027 Senior Ambassador Program described herein unless replaced or modified in writing.
