Should I make the decision to leave the club before the end of my commitment term, I understand that I am responsible for the remainder of my dues and minimums. I understand that if I paid annually; I will not be subject to or issued a refund. I agree that if I wish to leave the club before the end of my commitment, I will provide a written notice of my resignation of my membership.
