Overview

Raleigh Cleaning Company is hiring a Full Time House Cleaner for weekday residential cleaning.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to approximately 5:00 PM
No nights
No weekends

This is a stable, year round W2 position. We provide all professional equipment and supplies. You are not required to purchase or bring your own.

You drive from home to your first home and return home after your last home. We aim to assign homes as close to where you live as possible.

We are currently hiring applicants who live in or near:

North Raleigh
Wake Forest
Youngsville
Franklinton

Applicants living significantly south of Raleigh will not be considered due to routing and scheduling logistics.

Compensation and Benefits

$22–$26 per cleaning hour
Cleaning hours refer to time actively cleaning homes

Mileage is reimbursed between jobs

Recent weekly pay ranged from $724.23 to $1,222.42

Paid weekly by direct deposit every Friday

Responsibilities

Clean residential homes using structured systems and checklists
Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect kitchens and bathrooms
Change bed linens and tidy bedrooms
Maintain and clean equipment daily
Communicate professionally with clients and teammates

This is a physically active position. You must maintain a steady, efficient pace throughout the day and complete homes within scheduled timeframes.
