Graduate of the Coaches’ Training Program. Affiliate of Accomplishment Coaching in good standing. Maintain a private coaching practice. Maintain $1 million in liability insurance. I hereby agree to payment for deposit of $700USD (seven hundred US dollars) to confirm my registration for the above selected program. This non-refundable deposit will be applied to the first month’s tuition. I further agree that this online confirmation will be considered binding for all legal purposes.
