By participating in the Premier Cash Buyers Bird Dog Program, you agree to the following:

Submit Properties – Get Paid! Make us an offer for your list of properties for boarded-up or distressed properties. Just submit a clear front photo and a valid address to qualify.
Make us an offer! Let us know what you think is fair per address. We're open to adjusting the pay if it makes sense.
PLUS – Earn $250 bonuses! in addition to the property address.
If Premier Cash Buyers closes on a property you submitted, you’ll receive a $250 bonus as a thank-you for your lead.
Let’s work together – submit what you find, and we’ll make sure you get rewarded!
Submissions must be unique and not already in our system. Duplicates or publicly listed properties may not qualify.
All payments are processed after property verification and/or closing. We do not pay for fake or unverifiable submissions.
Bonuses may increase based on your consistency and volume. After your 3rd closed deal, you may qualify for $500 per closed property.
You are an independent referrer and not an employee, partner, or agent of Premier Cash Buyers.
