Bird Dog Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Premier Cash Buyers Bird Dog Program, you agree to the following:

You will receive $2 per verified address submission of a boarded-up or distressed property. Each submission must include a clear photo of the front of the property and a valid address.
You will receive a $250 bonus for each property Premier Cash Buyers successfully purchases based on your submitted lead.
Submissions must be unique and not already in our system. Duplicates or publicly listed properties may not qualify.
All payments are processed after property verification and/or closing. We do not pay for fake or unverifiable submissions.
Bonuses may increase based on your consistency and volume. After your 3rd closed deal, you may qualify for $500 per closed property.
You are an independent referrer and not an employee, partner, or agent of Premier Cash Buyers.
