The goal of the mentoring program is to enrich the skills and outlook of our job-training students by supporting their students' vision for the future, helping them achieve job-training success, and easing their journey into the on-the-job work environment with the support of a personal relationship. Mentors need to spend time with the students every month, hold them accountable for completing all the lessons, and supporting them on this journey. We ask that Mentors are available to us to report on student status on a regular basis.
