The Mobile Sensory Unit is free for families to use at your event. There is no admission charge for children and families who visit the unit. We believe every family deserves access to a sensory-friendly space regardless of budget.

A $100 booking deposit is required from the requesting organization to hold your date. This deposit is due upon booking confirmation and is non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit is fully refundable, or you may choose to donate it to Caiden's Corner to help us keep the unit running. You will receive an invoice for the deposit after your request is approved.

Submission does not guarantee a booking.
Every request is reviewed by the Caiden's Corner team and board. We consider the event's mission, audience, location, logistics, and our available capacity. We do our best to say yes, but we are a volunteer organization with limited availability and have to be thoughtful about every deployment.

We will respond within 5 business days.
Once you submit, you will receive an automatic confirmation that your request was received. A member of our team will follow up within 5 business days with an approval, denial, or request for more information.

We require at least 2 weeks' advance notice.
Requests submitted fewer than 2 weeks before the requested date cannot be considered. Please plan ahead — popular dates fill quickly.

Every child who enters the unit must have a signed liability waiver.
This is required without exception. If you are a school/therapy provider where parents will not be on site, we will provide the waiver to your organization in advance of the event so you can collect signatures in advance of the day. If this is a public event request, we will collect signatures at the event before a child enters the unit. Digital and paper versions are available. It is the responsibility of the requesting organization to ensure all waivers are collected and on file before the unit opens.
