A non-refundable registration fee of USD$400 per person is required and due at the time you register. This will be deducted from your total tour fare, the balance of which will be due by Feb 15, 2027. If you need to cancel the trip for any reason after Feb 15, 2027 you will be at a loss of USD$2,000 on top of the USD$400 registration fee, otherwise you will receive a full refund (minus the USD$400 non-refundable registration fee). Since our post departure travel insurance does not cover for travel cancellation, you might buy additional travel cancellation insurance from Triple A Club.

Securing or updating a passport is your responsibility. Passports must be valid 6 months past travel date. The U.S. and Canadian residents do not need for any visa application.

There will be a valuable pre-tour briefing for all participants; date, time and location will be announced.
