TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ZIGZAGZOO CAMP

1. Reservation

Full payment is required to secure a spot in the camp.

Registration is only confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Payment

Full payment must be completed at the time of registration.

ZigZagZoo reserves the right to cancel a registration if payment is not successfully processed.

3. Cancellation by the Parent

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

In the event of cancellation:

If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of the day camp (June 29), a refund will be issued, minus a $100 administrative fee.
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start of the day camp (June 29), no refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation by the Organization

The camp reserves the right to cancel a week due to force majeure or insufficient registrations.

A full refund will then be issued.

5. Behavior

The camp reserves the right to terminate a child’s participation in case of dangerous or disruptive behavior, after communication with the parent.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Liability

Camp activities involve normal risks associated with physical play.

The organization commits to providing reasonable supervision at all times.

7. Health

A complete health form must be completed before the start of camp.

Any medical condition, allergy, or special need must be disclosed prior to attendance.

8. Photos

Photos and videos may be taken during camp activities for promotional purposes unless the parent provides written notice stating otherwise.
