**Any purchases AFTER the 10th of the month will receive the following month’s subscription box. For example if you sign up March 14th, you will be charged April 15 and receive your first box May 15. This is due to the personalization and sizing orders to ensure there is adequate time to receive items.**

Terms & Conditions I understand this is a monthly subscription and will be charged $39.99 + tax every month of the 15th of the month through the card on file. This is the same card my tuition is charged on. If at any time I want to change this card or pay differently, I would need to do it prior to the 15th. I may cancel any time prior to the 15th of the month. I understand if my child's sizes change at any time, I should notify XTREME. I cannot be refunded for items that do not fit due to a change in sizing.
