About the Role

Keri is looking for an FP and A Analyst to support our Fractional CFO services. This role works closely with a Fractional CFO to prepare financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and insights for both internal operations and client accounts.

You will focus on building financial models, maintaining BI dashboards, and turning financial data into clear, decision ready insights.

Key Responsibilities

CFO Support and Financial Analysis - Support the Fractional CFO by preparing financial models, analyses, and client ready materials.
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Modeling - Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, scenario models, and long range financial plans.
BI Dashboards and Reporting - Create and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs, performance, and trends
Monthly and Quarterly Reporting - Assist with financial reporting packages, management reports, and performance summaries.
Variance and Trend Analysis - Analyze actuals versus budget and forecast, identify drivers, and highlight risks and opportunities
Cash Flow and Runway Tracking - Monitor cash flow, runway, and liquidity metrics for client and internal accounts
Client Data Preparation - Validate and organize financial data from accounting systems and operational tools
Ad Hoc and Strategic Analysis - Support pricing analysis, cost optimization, and growth planning initiatives

What We Look For

2 plus years of experience in FP and A, financial analysis, or a related role
Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
Hands on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation and reporting
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
Solid understanding of financial statements and business drivers
Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non finance stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and structured analytical thinking
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a remote, fast moving environment

Nice to Have

Experience supporting CFOs or Fractional CFOs
Familiarity with accounting systems and CRM data sources

Compensation

P90,000 - P130,000 monthly + benefits
