Non-Refundable Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are required to secure your appointment and ensure that your artist can begin preparing your design. It also helps cover potential losses due to last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Rescheduling Requirements:
Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Rescheduling with proper notice will allow the deposit to transfer to the new date.
Late Rescheduling or Multiple Changes:
Requests made less than 3 days before your appointment, or repeated changes, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
Last-Minute Cancellations & No-Shows:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to show up without notice, will result in a forfeited deposit. Artists block out their time and prepare in advance, so short-notice changes significantly affect our schedule.
Design Concept Changes:
If you would like to make significant changes to your tattoo idea, you must contact us at least 5 days in advance. Once we received all that information, the artist will rework on the estimate with you based on the changes. Substantial design or placement changes close to the appointment may require a new deposit if the artist is unable to adjust in time.
Non-Transferable Deposits:
Deposits are not transferable between clients or artists. If you wish to work with a different artist, a new deposit will be required, as this is considered a new booking.
Chargebacks & Disputes:
I understand that this payment is for a custom, time-based artistic service. I agree not to dispute the charge with my card issuer after services are rendered. If I initiate a chargeback for a completed tattoo, the artist reserves the right to submit legal documentation (including this agreement, proof of work, and communication history) to dispute the claim.
Refund Policy:
All tattoo services are final. No refunds will be issued once a tattoo session has begun, regardless of personal opinion or healing results.
Policy Purpose:
These policies exist to protect both your time and our artists’ time. Custom tattoos require hours of planning and design work—your deposit reflects this effort. We thank you for respecting our team and their crafts.
Studio Guidelines:
For safety and focus, children are not permitted in the studio during tattoo appointments.
