Missed Call TXT Back is a monthly subscription that includes a dedicated mobile number and SMS messaging to help you automatically respond to customers when you miss a call.

To use the service, your existing business phone number can be configured to forward to the dedicated mobile number supplied for the service after a set number of rings. When a call is forwarded and not answered, the Missed Call TXT Back automation can send the caller a customised SMS and begin the follow-up process.

Your monthly subscription includes SMS messaging subject to fair usage. If SMS usage is

excessive or outside normal business use, we will contact you to discuss the usage and, where necessary, agree on an appropriate solution before additional charges or service restrictions apply.
