Book Project Terms and Conditions *

If selected to participate, I agree to pay the nonrefundable $190 Participation Fee

I understand that the $190 Participation fee only includes participation in the project. If I plan to purchase one of the books, those will be sold separately.

I understand that 100% of the participation fee will be donated to Friends of WCAC

I understand the photo shoot will happen weekdays, Monday-Friday.

I understand that the time of day and day of the week for the portrait session will be dictated by the location chosen for my photo shoot.

I understand that following the photo shoot, I will come to into the studio to select the photograph of my pet and family with pet that will be featured on my book spread.

I understand that I do not receive digital images with this $190 fee. Any additional photographs I choose to order will be printed and will include their corresponding digital files.

MODEL RELEASE + COPYRIGHT PERMISSION
For Tails of Franklin Book Project and Misty Westebbe Photography Marketing Use

By completing this application, I grant Misty Westebbe Photography permission to photograph me and/or my child and/or my pet(s), and I authorize the use of my photographs and related content (including first name, pet name(s), and any written story I submit) for the purposes below.

1) Book Use (Tails of Franklin)
I give permission for images to be used in the Tails of Franklin book project, including interior pages and book-related promotion (print and digital).

2) Misty Westebbe Photography Marketing Use
I give permission for images to be used by Misty Westebbe Photography for studio marketing and promotion, including the website, blog, social media, portfolio, email marketing, printed marketing pieces, and studio advertising.

3) Copyright
I understand that all photographs remain the property of Misty Westebbe Photography and are protected by copyright. This agreement grants usage permission to the studio and does not transfer ownership.

4) Editing and Design
I understand images may be edited and formatted for artistic consistency and layout needs (including cropping and color adjustments).

5) No Compensation
I understand I will not receive compensation for the use of these images beyond what is included in my participation/session details.

6) Respectful Use
Misty Westebbe Photography agrees not to use images in a knowingly unlawful, defamatory, or misleading manner.

7) Age and Authority to Sign
By signing below, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or I am the parent/legal guardian signing on behalf of a minor.

OPTIONAL PRIVACY REQUEST
If I prefer my personal name not be used publicly, I will select the option provided (pet name may still be used).

I have read and agree to the Model Release + Copyright Permission above.
