By joining the Malachian Empire and becoming a member of the Malachi Nephiri Tribe, each individual acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding their personal legal matters, the limitations of the Malachian Empire’s responsibilities, and the importance of active participation in tribal education and resources.

1. Pre-Existing Legal Issues

• Personal Responsibility for Prior Legal Matters:
  Any legal issues, obligations, or disputes that existed prior to your membership in the Malachian Empire remain your sole responsibility. Membership in the Malachian Empire does not absolve, dismiss, or transfer responsibility for any pre-existing legal matters associated with your government-issued name or previous identity.

• Disclosure Requirement:
  All prospective members are required to disclose any active legal issues, including but not limited to warrants, pending cases, fines, or other obligations, before joining the Malachian Empire. Failure to disclose such information is considered a breach of trust and may result in termination of membership.

• No Legal Intervention for Pre-Existing Issues:
  The Malachian Empire does not and cannot provide legal intervention, protection, or advocacy for any legal matters that predate membership or are tied to your government name or past actions.

2. Legal Issues During Membership

• No Guarantee of Legal Assistance:
  While the Malachian Empire is working diligently to build both public and private legal counsel and consulting teams to aid members, we cannot guarantee assistance with any legal matters you may encounter during your membership. Our resources are limited, and we are currently severely understaffed with legal professionals competent to handle cases across multiple state lines and jurisdictions within the United States.

• Limitations of Responsibility:
  Members must understand that it is impossible for the Malachian Empire to bear the burden of handling legal matters for every member across the nation. While we aim to provide guidance and resources, we cannot take full responsibility for resolving individual legal disputes.

• Educational and Preventative Approach:
  Our primary focus is on prevention. We work hard to educate members on how to navigate the public world while operating in their private capacity to minimize the likelihood of legal challenges. This includes:

  • Offering weekly meetings and conferences.

  • Providing educational resources and information.

  • Encouraging one-on-one counsel before legal issues arise.

• Active Participation is Key:
  Members are strongly encouraged to stay actively engaged in tribal activities, meetings, and resources to ensure they are informed and competent in navigating the legal landscape. Prevention through education is our most effective strategy.

3. Misuse of Tribal Identity

• Prohibition Against Fraudulent or Criminal Activity:
  Members of the Malachian Empire are strictly prohibited from using their tribal identity, tribal name, or any identification issued by the Malachian Empire for the purpose of fraud, deception, or any form of criminal activity.

• Accountability for Misconduct:
  If a member is found to be using their tribal identity to evade legal obligations, engage in fraudulent activities, or conduct criminal behavior, their membership will be immediately revoked, and they may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• No Immunity from Law Enforcement:
  Tribal membership does not grant immunity from local, state, or federal law enforcement. Members must comply with all applicable laws and cannot use their membership in the Malachian Empire as a means to avoid or resist lawful processes.

4. Commitment to Building Legal Support

• Ongoing Efforts to Provide Legal Assistance:
  The Malachian Empire is actively working to build a qualified legal team to assist members with legal matters where possible. However, this is a work in progress, and our current capacity is limited.

  • We are seeking competent and qualified legal professionals who can assist members across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Until our resources are fully developed, members are encouraged to rely on educational resources, preventative strategies, and independent legal counsel when necessary.

• Safeguards and Procedures:
  To reduce the risk of legal issues, the Malachian Empire provides safeguards, procedures, and education to help members navigate the public world effectively. These resources are designed to empower members to act responsibly and avoid legal pitfalls.

5. Integrity and Accountability

• Commitment to Ethical Conduct:
  The Malachian Empire is built on principles of integrity, accountability, and respect for the law. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects these values and preserves the credibility of the tribe.

• Protection of Tribal Reputation:
  Any actions by a member that bring harm, disrepute, or legal challenges to the Malachian Empire as a whole will result in disciplinary action, including potential expulsion from the tribe.

• Independent Legal Obligations:
  Members must understand that their individual legal matters are independent of the Malachian Empire. Membership does not create an obligation or liability on the part of the Malachian Empire to resolve or intervene in personal legal matters.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting membership in the Malachian Empire, you agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer. You acknowledge that:

1. The Malachian Empire is not responsible for any legal issues that predate or arise during your membership.

2. You will not misuse your tribal identity for fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal purposes.

3. You accept full accountability for your own actions and legal obligations, whether tied to your government name or tribal name.

4. You understand that the Malachian Empire’s focus is on education and prevention, and while efforts are being made to provide legal counsel, no guarantees can be made at this time.
