Log every Contour Light system sale here the day it closes. This creates the clinic’s record and the receivable.

Before you submit, read this.

1. Submit only after the sale is final (agreement signed and the purchase funded or financed). Do not log pending or verbal deals.

2. The moment you click Log System Sale, the clinic owner receives a text and an email from Clinic Launch Lab introducing their Launch Event, and you are cc’d on the email. Neither can be recalled.

3. Both the text and the email carry a booking link, so the owner can set their discovery call right away without waiting on us. We still reach out within 1-2 business days — tell them to expect a call and a text from Dr. Jerry Relth.

4. One submission per system sold. For an add-on at a clinic you already logged, submit again and choose the add-on option.
