This is a 6‑week online group coaching program designed to help women feel supported while learning healthier food choices, understanding and tracking macros, following a structured gym program, and joining a live group video call every 2 weeks for education and support.

This is a group coaching program and does not include 1:1 coaching.
Check ins due by EOD Tuesday otherwise you will forfeit feedback for the fortnight! You will be reminded to submit your check in prior to your selected check in day and if you opt for feedback I will be in touch within 24 hrs.
The program includes macro tracking, weekly macro targets, and a structured gym program. This program is not suitable as treatment for eating disorders or serious mental health conditions.
If you have a current or recent eating disorder, or significant anxiety around food, tracking, or exercise, please speak with your doctor, dietitian, or mental health professional before joining.
By joining, you confirm you understand the scope of this program and that you are responsible for seeking appropriate medical and psychological support when needed.
Your initial commitment is 6 weeks. At the conclusion of this period, your coaching will automatically roll over into the next 6 week program block to maintain consistency and progression.
If you wish to cancel at the end of your current 6 week term, written notice must be provided prior to your renewal date. This ensures there is no interruption to your program and ongoing improvement occurs unless requested.
